With over 18 years of experience as a project manager, lead engineer, and even CEO of his own company in cooling, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC&R), Artem will bring extensive expertise and technical skill to our team. His background includes successfully managing complex projects with budgets up to 500,000 EUR, demonstrating his ability to deliver high-quality solutions within time and budget constraints.
Artem has worked internationally with major clients such as PepsiCo and UNICEF, which attests to his ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. His experience in marine HVAC&R design and specific expertise in refrigeration systems for both commercial and industrial applications will be invaluable in enhancing our capacity for detailed refrigeration engineering.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Shipbuilding in Ukraine and additional leadership training from Germany and the USA, Artem is well-equipped to tackle the technical and managerial challenges we face. His entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will significantly contribute to our continued success.
